The restaurant is within Hyatt Centric, at Second floor. The restaurant has good space, in terms of aesthetics. For seating, it can accommodate 40-50 people in one go. There is another dining hall right ahead of the fine dine station.
The open counter interiors and the buffet placement are fine too.
The service is 15-20 minutes as standard. We cannot say much about rush hour since I haven’t experienced it so far.
The parking is valet only, so nothing to worry about.
The food options were plenty, and the presentation was fine (it could be better).
You can try this if you want a dining experience with some 5 star treatment on top of it.
Otherwise, you can try any among many of specialty corners spread across nearby punjabi localities.
I had a lovely experience in their dinner buffet. Ambience is good. No loud music at all. Service was quick. We were served the drinks and starters on table while the rest of the food was self serve. Food was delicious, specially Amritsari fish tikka and fish in korean sauce. Pasta was yum too. Only recommendation I have is to have more nonveg salad options, there was none and I was surprised to find no icecream or kulfi in the dessert section. I loved the baked yoghurt, that was something unique.
Amazing experience. Touched by the hospitality of the staff. Great food. Full marks! 💯 MUST TRY THE MALABAR PARANTHA, it's out of the world. Infact, all dishes we ordered were really good, even the presentation. The food is cooked and served fresh, leaving no complaints in terms of quality. Will visit again soon!
